A great time was had by all at Reconnect 2006, an AAA event hosted by AIESEC DU.  More than 50 alumni were in attendance, with all generations of AIESEC-India being represented.  Among some of the attendees were distinguished guests Dillip Chenoy, Vivek Gour, Sanjay Jain and Shivani Wazir who were awarded for their post-AIESEC achievements.

The afternoon started off with drinks, and batch roll calls.  It was great to see that the alumni still know how to get the party started, AIESEC style, especially the founding batch!

Roll calls were followed by a presentation on AAA from the Secretariat, and a photo slide show of past AIESEC conferences from each batch.  That nostalgic feeling set in, and everyone shared stories of their experiences as the attendees headed to lunch.

Post-lunch, there was only one thing left to do: Sculling!  Current AIESECers vs founders, DI vs DU, the AAA Secretariat vs Alumni. Everyone joined in to either cheer the teams on or take part in action.

Reconnect 2006 was successful, with many former AIESECers meeting up post-AIESEC for the first time in a long time.  A special thank you to Ankur Sabharwal for all of his hard work in coordinating Reconnect.  The event was successful due largely to his efforts and those of the AIESEC DU Organizing Committee.
